Tips for Measuring Your Finger Size:

  • Your finger thickness changes throughout the day. Avoid measuring right after you wake up, after exercise, or in extreme weather.
  • The best time to measure is at the end of the day when your finger size is most stable.

Some Advice:

  • If you’re between sizes, choose the bigger one.
  • The ring’s diameter should be a little bigger than your finger thickness.
  • The ring should fit snugly but still slide over your knuckle easily. If your knuckle is wider than your finger, use its size as a guide.
  • For rings wider than 4 mm, it’s good to go up by half a size.

How to Measure:

Use a ring sizer (a set of ring templates):

  • Visit a jewelry store or workshop.
  • Try on different ring sizes.
  • Pick the one that feels most comfortable – not too loose, not too tight.

Measure a ring you already have:

  • If you have a ring that fits you comfortably, you can measure its inner diameter using a ruler or caliper. Simply place the ruler against the ring and measure the inner diameter of the band.

Use the obtained value for further calculations (use size conversion chart).

Why home methods aren’t reliable:

  • Trying to measure your ring size at home with string, paper, or other tricks often leads to mistakes.

If you’re unsure about your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for an accurate measurement. They can help you determine the right size for your ring.

Additionally, many jewelers have tools that can gently stretch the ring to slightly increase its size. However, please note that while some rings can be resized by sawing and soldering, this may not always be feasible for our designs, as it could affect their unique design and construction.

We use glowing Trigalight elements, produced by the Swiss company mb-microtec for over 50 years. These light sources consist of a glass capsule whose inner surface is coated with a phosphorescent powder (zinc sulfide) and filled with tritium gas.
