How can I determine my size?

  • Finger thickness changes throughout the day. Avoid measuring it after waking up, physical activity, or in extreme weather. Best time to measure is at the end of the day when thickness is optimal. If between sizes, choose larger.
  • Ring diameter should be slightly larger than finger thickness.
  • Ring should fit snugly but slide easily over joint. If joint is wider than finger, focus on joint diameter.
  • Wide band rings (over 4mm) should be half size larger.
  • No universal standard for ring sizing. Use and double-check measurements with jeweler.

To measure your size, visit a jewelry workshop or store, try on several templates, and choose the most comfortable fit. Remember that the ring template should neither be too loose nor too tight on your finger.

If you have a ring that fits you comfortably, you can measure its inner diameter using a ruler or caliper. Simply place the ruler against the ring and measure the inner diameter of the band.

Can I change the ring size?

If you're unsure about your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for an accurate measurement. They can help you determine the right size for your ring.

Additionally, many jewelers have tools that can gently stretch the ring to slightly increase its size. However, please note that while some rings can be resized by sawing and soldering, this may not always be feasible for our designs, as it could affect their unique design and construction.

How can I personalize my jewelry?

We would love to help you personalize your jewelry! This option is available for all SUBSTANCE collections with Onyxes.

Simply send us a request with a phrase or date that you would like to see on the item, and we will create a 3D preview and send it to you for approval. After confirmation, we will produce the item with your inscription. You can also choose an engraving or low-relief option.

What material are your jewelry made of?

Strong Sterling Silver /925/ is a silver alloy that contains at least 92,5% pure silver by weight and less than 7,5% of oxygen-free copper for enhanced strength and authentic appearance.

The high-temperature enhancement and oxidizing process gives the exterior a vintage depth and complexity replicating the traces of the inevitable effects of natural entropy.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

We want your jewelry to last a long time, so here are some tips for taking care of it:
• To clean oxidized silver items, use a weakly concentrated soap solution. Use a brush with only soft bristles, without sharp ends. Abrasive and aggressive agents containing ammonia or solvents are prohibited.
• Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine or bleach.
• Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
• Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Transit time varies depending on location, but typically takes 7-21 business days. We provide tracking information for every order once it leaves our international shipping hub.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed in the shipping options during checkout, please contact us. We will be happy to check if we can add your location to our shipping list.
